Step by Step Guide :
An Easy & Simple Process
The Sender needs to bring and provide the following for a Money Transfer:
1.His/her original & valid Nadra CNIC along with 1 Photocopy (Mandatory)
2.Receiving person's valid Nadra CNIC Number (Mandatory)
3.His/her own mobile phone number (optional) & receiver's mobile phone number (Optional)
If the Sender and Receiver mobile phone numbers are provided,
1. Both the Sender and Receiver will be able to receive transaction information via a SMS message
2. Customers will be able to save the record of transaction on their phones
3. Will be needed for any customer support required
Important Note:
Expired Nadra CNICs will not be accepted for the sending or receiving of Money Transfer transactions.
The Receiver needs to bring and provide the following for a Money Transfer:
1.His/her original & valid Nadra CNIC along with 1 Photocopy (Mandatory)
2.He/she must know the Transaction ID and Transaction Passcode (communicated by the Sender)
